Due to circumstances beyond my control my schedule has changed once again. The Warren LA Fitness class is on hold due to numbers in their other classes. :( But Warren ladies no need to worry she said she is trying to work something else and as soon as she knows I will let you know. And if your willing to travel I will be taking over the Monday night class at the Southfield LA Fitness in June. Here is the new schedule for right now.
Plus Family Yoga is cancelled for this session. :(
